Dear Members,

The UK goverment has a new regulatory regime for goods: UKCA marking. It covers most products subject to the CE marking and reverse epsilon marking - a change that will affect importers, traders and manufacturers doing business with the UK.

From January 1st, 2023, the UKCA mark will replace the CE marking and reverse epsilon marking for the certification of conformity to health, safety and

environmental regulations and standards for most goods placed on the on the market in Great Britain (England, Wales and Scotland. There are different regulations in place for Northern Ireland which continues to follow EU rules.
